This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C with a request to withdraw M.C.No.186 of 2012 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy as the other matters i.e. O.P.No.1063 of 2012 and F.C.O.P.No.1279 of 2011 pending before the Judge, Family Court after transfer to Ranga Reddy. To avoid inconvenience to both parties, the petitioner sought transfer of O.P.

The 1st respondent appeared in person and opposed the transfer of M.C., but at the end she requested the Court to fix time for disposal of the case, in the event of withdrawal and transfer. Acceding to the request of the party in person, M.C.No.186 of 2012 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy with a direction to decide the maintenance case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the transfer criminal petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
