THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2228 of 2017 ORDER:

It is seen that the petitioner/de-facto complainant seeks for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chittoor, FAC.II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Madanapalle in Crl.M.P.No. 266 of 2017 dated 10.02.2017. Without first approaching the concerned Court for cancellation of bail, it appears, petitioner/de-facto complainant has directly approached the High Court for cancellation of bail, which is not permissible. Hence, while dismissing the Criminal Petition, petitioner is given liberty to approach the concerned Court for seeking the relief, in which event the same shall be disposed of on merits. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
