Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Company. Since the petitioner is stated to have made application on 11.06.2019 to respondents 2 and 3 by complying with all the statutory requirements for release of power supply, and the same is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law for release of power supply to the subject house of the petitioner, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
