This writ petition is filed to declare G.O.Ms.No.68, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries (AH.II) Department, dated 14.7.2008 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal and arbitrary. G.O.Ms.No.68 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries (AH.II) Department, dated 14.7.2008 shows that the lease is for a period of 10 years and the said period is already over. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
