THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14022 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the entire action of the respondents, particularly the entire action of the 1st respondent in not extending the benefit of Revised Pay scales of 2015 to the petitioners herein like on par with aided employees as per staff Regulations of the 1st respondent organization as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust. improper, vindictive attitude, colorable exercise of power, violative of all principles of natural justice including violative of 1st respondent Institution staff Regulations and consequently to direct the respondents to forthwith to take necessary steps for extension of the benefit of Revised pay Scales 2015 to the petitioners on par with the Aided staff."

Heard Sri S. Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Education for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 28-09-2015 to the 1st respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 28-09-2015, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by learned Government Pleader for

respondents and submitted that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 28-09-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
