ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and CAD appearing for the 1st respondent and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 2nd and 3rd respondents.
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 2nd and 3rd respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 6.7.2017 pursuant to the notice dated 22.6.2017 for conducting survey and payment of compensation.
The petitioner apprehends that an extent of Ac.0-30 guntas is going to be acquired instead of Ac.0-04 guntas as indicated in the notice.
Learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondents are interested in acquiring only Ac.0-04 guntas, but not Ac.0-30 guntas as apprehended by the petitioner.
In the circumstances, it is open to the respondents to go ahead with the process of acquisition for an extent of Ac.0-04 guntas situated
in Sy.No.117, Yellampalli Village, Anthergaon Mandal, Peddapally (Karimnagar) District, but shall not disturb possession of the petitioners in respect of remaining extent of land. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
