O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent - police in registering the crime based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 26.06.2019, and in providing police protection to the subject property, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instruction, submit that based on the report lodged by the petitioner Cr.No.181 of 2019 has been registered and with regard to providing police protection, as there are no injunction orders from the competent civil court, police cannot provide protection and involve themselves in the civil dispute.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach competent civil court for redressal of her grievance. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
