When the matter is called, learned Standing counsel for respondents submitted a letter addressed by the Assistant Engineer/Operation Section, APSPDCL, Vempalli, to the husband of the 1st petitioner and father of petitioners 2 and 3, wherein it is stated that the purpose of the said complaint was served i.e., all the services pertaining to subject land is brought to free category from payment category.

The above letter is placed on record.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to take consequential action. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
