The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2011 seeking rectification of Survey No.128/8 as 123/6 in the revenue records in respect of the land belonging to her to an extent of Ac.1.00 situated at Thimmapuram Gram Panchayat, S. Rayapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary. On 19.04.2012, this Court, while ordering notice before admission, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2011 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within four weeks.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader for revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the rectification has already been done and the same was communicated to the petitioner vide katta No.1006. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall also stand closed.
