This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.17 of 2017 registered by the second respondent against the petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner apprehends that he would be arrested without following due process of law.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to follow due process of law during the course of investigation of Crime No.17 of 2017.
