THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11779 of 2005 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the first respondent.

2. This Writ Petition was filed in the year 2005 seeking a direction challenging the action of the first respondent in not conducting the survey and not fixing the boundaries in respect of land of the petitioner in Survey No.126/1 in an extent of Ac 0.541⁄2 cents of Vidyanagar, Kota Mandal, Nellore District.

3. The learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that in view of the passage of time the petitioner be permitted to make a fresh representation for conduct of survey and fixing the boundaries if the petitioner needs such a survey.

4. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation for conduct of survey in respect of the land owned by him in accordance with law. The competent authority shall consider the same as and when submitted by the petitioner and take necessary action. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
