Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.Jaganmohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.12. Sri K.Jaganmohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.12 submits that as on today, petitioners are liable to pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and odd for the years 2017-18 and 2018-19.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have filed an undertaking on 22.09.2017 stating that they have been paying two bags of paddy or its equivalent monitory value per acre per annum and they undertakes to pay future rents soon after realization of the crop. He also submits that they will clear all the arrears. Learned Standing Counsel for the 12th respondent submits that if the petitioners pay the entire due amount, no action will be taken. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to pay the entire due amount, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interim order granted earlier, shall continue till then. If they failed to pay the same, it is open for the 12th respondent to take action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
