Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the application dated 14.02.2014 made by the petitioner for extension of recognition till the academic year 201819 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to recognize the petitioners school for further academic years for Class I To VII (English Medium) till 2018-19 academic years without insisting production of title deeds.

3. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for School Education submits that permission has been granted for running the school for the academic year 2016-17.

4. In view of the representation made by the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________
