HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioners allege that they are the owners of land to an extent of Ac.6.20 guntas, in several survey numbers mentioned in paragraph-3 of the affidavit, situated in Rajbolaram village. Petitioners allege that unofficial respondents started trespassing and interfering in their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land during the years 2005 to 2008. Petitioners instituted O.S.Nos.313 and 314 of 2017, respectively, in the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, for grant of perpetual injunction and said suits were decreed. Petitioners further allege that unofficial respondents 5 to 8 created fraudulent documents to claim ownership, got the revenue records altered and trying to sell the land belonging to the petitioners. Alleging that fraudulent documents are created and that those documents have to be cancelled and appropriate action has to be taken against the employees of the Department responsible for encouraging the unofficial respondents to create those documents, several representations were filed.

Alleging inaction on the said representations, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

From a bare perusal of the allegations made in the representations itself would show that petitioners wanted thorough enquiry to be conducted on the validity of the documents claimed to have been secured by the unofficial respondents. Said enquiry cannot be conducted by the revenue authorities. If the petitioners have grievance against unofficial respondents with reference to the alleged creation of fraudulent documents and changing the

revenue records, petitioners ought to have availed appropriate remedy as available in law. Writ Petition merits no consideration and is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioners to work out their remedies as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
