HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 14773 OF 2005 ORDER :

The petitioner is challenging the action of the respondent in not regularizing the quarter in favour of the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the question of considering the case of the petitioner for allotment of the quarter does not arise at this point of time. 2.

In view of above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survives. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
