When this matter has been taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 30.4.2011, the 1st respondent passed orders and therefore, the petitioners intend to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenge the orders passed by the 1st respondent, if they are aggrieved over the same. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the orders passed by the 1st respondent, if the petitioners are aggrieved over the same.
