This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.25 2015 on the file of P.S.C.I.D, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 386, 451, 452, 420 and 506 r/w 34 IPC and Section 25(2) of the Arms Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner, who is working as A.S.I. of police, is the main accused in the above crime, and 27 cases have been registered against him in different police stations of Karimnagar District and some more cases have to be registered. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused threatened the complainant with fire arms to vacate the house of the complainant by force and sold out the same without his knowledge to his benami. The allegations made against the petitioner are very serious in nature and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him.
