The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file the writ petition afresh, if necessary.

Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
