HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.20306 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.4 to 7 in not allowing the petitioner functioning as the In-charge President of the respondent No.8 as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the A.P.Co.operative Societies Act, 1964 and the A.P.Co.operative Society Rules, 1964 and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 7 not to prevent the petitioner from functioning as the In-charge President of the respondent No.8 and to pass such other necessary orders. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
