HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 1 2 3 5 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. According to the learned Government Pleader, enquiry under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act is pending. It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is ready to deliver CMR rice if some reasonable time is granted. On hearing the same, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if the petitioner comes forward with such a request, in writing, the same will be considered by the Joint Collector and appropriate final orders will be passed, according to law.
Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application before the concerned authority, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is filed, the concerned authority shall consider and pass final orders, as per law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
