ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking promotion to the post of Assistant Engineers from the cadre of Sub-Engineers.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the petitioners was considered and they were promoted as Assistant Engineers and hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
