HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10218 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in crime No.30 of 2013 of Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 51, 63, 65 of the Copy Right Act. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 23.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, and submitted that in this case, the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.390 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.30 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
