HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5020 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C No.54 of 2015 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of D.P. Act.

2) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1 to 3 and defacto-complainant filed Crl.P.M.P. No.5133 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to compound the offences and both the de facto complainant and accused Nos.1 to 3 are present. Perused, the compromise petition. It also indicates that all claims are settled between them and they stated that there is nothing due and the case may be compounded amicably and the de facto complainant received an amount of Rs.7,60,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixty thousand only) towards permanent alimony from her husband and in laws.

3) Having regard to the above, the petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C No.54 of 2015 XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
