This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in proceeding with the demolition of the building of the petitioner bearing Door No.58-05-13, to an extent of 79 Sq.Yds. of site in Plot No.221A of S.No.86 of Sanjeevayya Nagar, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, without recourse to law as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property of said survey numbers.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the Corporation will follow due procedure before taking any action against the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law.
