Petitioner, who is working as Attender in the office of 1st respondent - Director of Employment and Training, is seeking for a direction to consider his case for promotion to the post of Junior Assistant. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

As and when the respondents take up the process of promotions by constituting Departmental Promotion Committee, the claim of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law, if he is found eligible. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
