Aggrieved by the procedure adopted by the 3rd respondent - Meerpet Municipality, represented by its Commissioner, for division and delimitation of the Meerpet Municipality, the present writ petition is filed Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submits that Government is contemplating to constitute a separate Corporation for Meerpet and Jellalaguda municipalities, and as and when the same is constituted, they will follow the due procedure for conducting of elections.

Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
