ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.320 of 2014 of I Town Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468 and 471 r/w 34 IPC, against them.

2. It is alleged in the complaint that the de facto complainant had entered into an agreement-cumgeneral power of attorney with one Satyavolu Seshagiri Rao and Satyavolu Lakshmipathi and some others to develop his site of 668 sq. yards situated at Danavaipeta, Rajahmundry. Later, A1 forged the site documents of the de facto complainant in the name of A2 and got registered the said land in his name, thereby cheated the de facto complainant. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. Heard and perused the material on record.

4. Since the matter arising under property disputes, it has to be decided after full fledged trial and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings.

5. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
