ORDER:
Petitioner states that he was posted as a contract conductor, after his selection, at Miyapur-II bus depot from 24.06.2010 and worked as such till December 2011. Petitioner states that on 30.08.2010, he was served with a charge sheet for unauthorized absence for 10 days whereupon the petitioner submitted his explanation dated 06.09.2010 and thereafter, he was allowed to work till December 2011. Petitioner submits that since December 2011 onwards he was not allowed to work though there was no adverse order passed against him. Petitioner has, for the first time, made a representation on 14.12.2014 and alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the same, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Learned standing counsel for the respondents states though the petitioner himself was unauthorizedly absent, his representation filed on 14.12.2014 would be appropriately considered by respondents 2 and 3 and necessary orders will be passed.
3. In the circumstances, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four (4) weeks the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
