ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents more particularly the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes at the instance of the 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions, submits that the petitioner, who was arrayed as A1 along with three other accused in Cr.No.621 of 2016, have filed WP No.46472 of 2016 seeking to quash the said FIR. This Court by order dated 30.12.2016 directed the police to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners therein and the petitioners to co-operate with the investigating agency as and when their presence is required. He further submits that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the property of the petitioner and denied the allegation of harassment and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
