HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13074 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner has filed Writ Petition challenging the action of the respondents in not granting the back wages and other consequential benefits to which he is entitled and contends that the cause in the Writ Petition may not survive as the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
