08-03-2022 LK, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 24.01.2022 in Crl.P.No.5675 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.

M.A.K.Mukheed, submits that this Court, by order dated 24.01.2022, has modified the conditions imposed by the Court below and directed the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Adilabad I Town Police Station, on every Friday between 09.00 am and 05.00 pm till completion of investigation and filing of final report and also directed them not to move within 20 km radius of the place of occurrence. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are complying with the said conditions. He submits that the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the investigation and they will not indulge in any other offences. He submits that petitioners are eking out their livelihood by doing small business and as they are only bread winners, their families are facing lot of hardship and inconvenience. Hence, the said condition may be relaxed and the petitioners may be permitted to enter into Bhainsa Town.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

In view of the said submission, the I.A., is ordered by altering condition No.(iv) and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Bhainsa I Town Police Station on every Friday between 09.00 am and 5.00 pm., until further orders. If the petitioners fail to comply with the conditions, the prosecution is at liberty to move an appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail.
