THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12452 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Revenue for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 10.07.2015, in W.P.No.21199 of 2015. A copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"Since a recommendation is made by the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, after conducting an enquiry, into the eligibility of the persons and the said recommendation is stated to be pending before Project Director, DRDA, Srikakulam, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Project Director, DRDA, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, to consider the said report and if the petitioners are found to be eligible for suitable pension, to take further course of action for sanction and release of the pension, payable to them. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed".

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 10.07.2015, in W.P.No.21199 of 2015, to this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
