This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/ accused to relax the condition imposed by the Special Judge for Trail of SCs & STs cases - cum- VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District, at L.B. Nagar, while granting bail on 11.08.2017 in Crl.M.P. No.235 of 2017. The learned Sessions Judge while enlarging the petitioner on bail imposed a condition that he shall attend before the Station House Officer, Malkajgiri Police Station, on alternate Sundays between 8.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. till filing of charge sheet. The petitioner, without filing an application before the Special Judge for Trail of SCs & STs cases - cum- VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District, directly approached this Court. Hence, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Special Judge for Trail of SCs & STs cases - cum- VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District, which granted bail to him.
