This petition is filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/complainant seeking to cancel the bail granted to the accused vide orders dated 23.05.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.502 of 2017 by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, cum-III Additional District Judge - I/C IV Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a revision petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition.
