THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.22327 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:- "...to issue a direction or writ, more particularly Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the official Respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein in not disposing off petitioners' representation dated 14.07.2011 as illegal, arbitrary, opposed to principles of natural justice and equity and direct the official Respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to dispose off the representation dated 14.07.2011 in the light of the stay granted by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in W.P.No.7641 of 2011 dated 18.03.2011 and direct them to include the two new Government Polytechnic Colleges situated at Jogipet of Medak District and Atmakur of SPSR Nellore District sanctioned by Government in the counseling for admission to polytechnic colleges in the 2nd phase of counseling in the interest of justice..."

In view of the interim order dated 08.08.2011 directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 14.07.2011 made by the petitioners and take appropriate decision in accordance with law for inclusion of the aforesaid colleges for allotment of students, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
