This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not relieving the petitioner from 1st year Post Graduate Degree in Anaesthesiology of P.E.S.Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Kuppam as illegal and arbitrary. As there was no representation for the petitioner on 30.09.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Yet again there is no representation. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
