THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26073 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the Upa Sarpanch and Ward Members of the Rudraram Gram Panchayat, Patancheru Mandal in Sangareddy District, for taking action against the fourth respondent, Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat. The Writ petition was filed on 24.07.2017 and thereafter the first respondent issued a memo dated 25.07.2017 sending a copy of the notice sent on behalf of the petitioners by their counsel along with all its enclosures to the District Collector, Sangareddy, for conducting enquiry and taking necessary action as per rules and submitting a report to the Government for taking further action in the matter. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
