HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4275 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Criminal Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 & A2 seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C No. 18 of 2018 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, taken cognizance of the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners/A1 & A2 has not insisted for quashment of proceedings but would request that in view of the fact that the petitioners/A1 & A2 belong to Ranga Reddy District, their appearance may be dispensed with.

Considering the same, the appearance of petitioners/A1 & A2 in CC.No. 18 of 2018 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO, J Date: 30.04.2018 KA
