The petitioners pray for the following relief: "...writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in harassing the petitioners as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioners.." The Assistant Government Pleader submits that after investigation the police filed charge sheet on 17.10.2016 and the trial is pending before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur. In view of the filing of charge sheet, learned counsel for petitioners does not press the writ prayer. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
