There is no representation for the respondent. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is also allowed in the same terms stipulated in the orders dated 17.06.2015 of this Court in CRP.no.1621 of 2015. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP shall stand closed.
