HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32825 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondent. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed questioning the action of the respondent in not mutating the names of the petitioner in revenue records though he is the owner and possessor of the land in Survey No.252/A, 254/A, 255/A and 256/A admeasuring Acs.1.00 situated at Bogaram village Gram Panchayat, Ranga Reddy District.

The contents of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition are as under :

The petitioner became the owner of the lands in Sy.No.252/A, 254/A, 255/A and 256/A in all admeasuring Acs.1.00 situated at Bogaram village Gram Panchayat, Ranga Reddy District by way of registered sale deeds bearing Document Nos.13040 of 2006 dated 09.09.2006 for a valuable sale consideration. It is stated that subsequently he intimated the same to M.R.O., for mutation in the pahanies as well as for issuance of patta

pass book and title deed. Pursuant to that, proceeding No.B/4365/06 dated 09.02.2007 were issued incorporating the name of the petitioner as purchaser and possessor of the said land. It is stated that when he visited the M.R.O., office in the month of March 2011, the petitioner came to know that his name was not incorporated in pahani patrikas either as owner or as possessor. Then, immediately he made an application dated 11.03.2011 requesting incorporation of her name, but no action has been taken. It is further stated that he again made a written representation enclosing all the documents for mutation, inspite of which the second representation has not taken action. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Though various grounds are raised in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent/The Mandal Revenue Officer, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to dispose of the representation made by him on 08.11.2011 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records. The said fact is not seriously contested by the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 08.11.2011 made by the petitioner,

within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
