Avula Mallaiah, S/O Muthaiah, v. The State Of Telangana - Rep. By Its
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.32605 of 2014 ORDER:
It is submitted by both the learned counsel that in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.24608 of 2014, dated 06.03.2015, nothing survives in the writ petition, inasmuch as the Sada sale deed, which was executed in favour of the petitioner, is in dispute and the petitioner was given liberty to agitate and establish his claim in a competent Civil Court.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner is said to have raised a vegetable crop in the subject land and as there is an interim order in his favour, two months time is granted from today to take away the agricultural produce and handover the possession of the subject land to the 5th respondent. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
