HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.2527 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in granting license vide No.28, dt.27.12.2014 at Door No.1-6-174(Plot No.8 part No.9), Bapujinagar, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. The case of the petitioner is that grant of license is contrary to Rule 8 of Telangana Excise (Grant of License to Sell Toddy, conditions of License and Tapping of Excise Tress) Rules, 2007. As seen from the record, the license period is from 1.10.2014 to 31.12.2014 and as the said license period has expired, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
