This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under apprehension and no order has been challenged and no cause of action arose and has been stated by the petitioner in this Writ Petition that the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land situated in Survey No.330/2 to the extent of Ac.1.36Gts., situated at Sankireddypally village of Kothakota Mandal in Mahabubnagar District.

However, with regard to the facts of the case, balance of convenience lies in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petition/s, if any, pending, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
