THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.R.C. No.372 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order dated 14-12-2015 passed in I.A.No.706 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.305 of 2013 by the Family Court, Nellore, wherein and whereby the learned Judge allowed the application filed by the Respondent No.1 herein and directed the petitioner herein to suffer imprisonment for a period of one month for non-compliance of the maintenance amount of Rs.90,000/- and directed to issue N.B.W. against the petitioner herein on payment of process.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as follows : The petitioner is directed to be released on his payment of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) out of the arrears in I.A.No.706 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.305 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Nellore.

Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
