THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.32353 of 2014 ORDER:

Petitioner challenges proceedings Rc.No.2397/2014, dated 1410-2014, wherein the respondents suspended the authorisation of fair price shop of petitioner as illegal and unconstitutional. On 29-10-2014, this Court suspended the proceedings, dated 14-10-2014.

Today, at the time of hearing, the Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the petitioner died on 05-11-2015 and the essential commodities of subject fair price shop are distributed through Self Help Group.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
