HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.24086 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not restraining the respondents 6 to 8 from carrying on prawn culture in their agricultural wet lands situated in R.S.No.213/1, 213/2 and 212/1, Chittavaram village, Narasapur Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader, basing on the instructions, submits that respondents 6 to 8 are not carrying on any prawn culture in the subject land and that the tanks are empty.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.
