This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No'807 of 2019 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate' 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, that charge-sheet has been filed in the subject crime before the Court concerned, and C.C. is numbered.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
