When the matter is listed on 06.10.2015, a representation was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that sole petitioned died and hence sought adjournment for taking steps to bring the legal representatives of the sole petitioner on record. When the matter is listed today, no such application is filed. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
