No representation for applicants. The applicants in these three applications pray for a direction to M/ s.Deepika Chit Fund Private Limited to pay the amounts shown in respective prayers. Mr.Pushyam Kiran, on instructions, states that M/ s.Deepika Chit Fund Private Limited about a week back made interim payment of Rs.20,000/ - each to the applicants in these applications. For want of all details the amounts claimed by the applicants could not be verified and make payment of admitted amounts. He requests four weeks time to gather details from the applicants and also make the amount admissible and payable to each one of the applicants. The statement is placed on record and the applications with the consent of counsel appearing for respondents are ordered as follows:
a) the 1st respondent/ Deepika Chit Fund Private Limited Company addresses by registered post with acknowledgement due letters to applicants herein calling upon them to furnish the details of their claims together with proof of claim etc within two weeks from today. The applicants are given two weeks time thereafter to either send by registered post with acknowledgement due or present the details/ proof in support of their claim before 1st respondent. The 1st respondent within two weeks from the date of presentation of proof sends the admitted amount to applicants by way of demand draft
by registered post with acknowledgement due to the address given by the applicants. Without fail the entire exercise shall be completed by 1st respondent.
